Now seeing Michigan patients only. Telehealth HRT, peptides, and weight management from $95/month.*

Our mission is to provide exceptional telehealth care to patients across Michigan, focused on hormone optimization, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women, menopause and low testosterone care, functional medicine, medical weight management, and peptide therapy. We don't rush through a 15-minute appointment and leave you with more questions than answers. Initial visits are 45 minutes, and follow-ups are 30 minutes. We work to get to the CORE of the problem so you feel heard, not isolated. HRT is a journey: change takes time, and so do hormones. Let us care for you!

Health is more than the absence of disease. It is physical, mental, and social well-being working together. At CoreHRT, we look for the root cause instead of chasing symptoms. Fatigue, brain fog, low drive, stubborn weight gain, and poor recovery often share overlapping drivers, including hormone imbalance, metabolic health, sleep, and stress. We evaluate the whole picture with appropriate labs and a thorough history, then build a plan that fits your goals: hormone optimization (testosterone, estrogen, progesterone), peptide therapy, medical weight management, and targeted supplementation. Our aim is to restore healthy physiology, not just add another prescription. If you want to feel and perform your best at any age, contact us today.

Our clinicians bring years of experience in exercise physiology, weight management, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and functional medicine. We stay current with the latest research so our patients receive evidence-informed care. Functional health is multifaceted and complex, and we guide you through every step.
We work with reputable U.S. pharmacies and suppliers, and we offer therapies in several delivery forms, including injections, transdermal creams and patches, troches, and nasal sprays, because not everyone is comfortable with needles. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. From your first consult, we focus on your concerns and the goals you want to achieve. This is not cookie-cutter medicine. Some therapies, including testosterone and estrogen, are not right for every patient, and it is our job to determine what is safe and appropriate for you. Contact us to learn more.
CoreHRT partners with two compounding pharmacies to prepare prescribed peptide and hormone therapies: Mills Pharmacy + Apothecary in Birmingham, Michigan, a PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy, and Empower Pharmacy in Houston, Texas, a 503A compounding pharmacy and FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

CoreHRT partners with Hume Health. The Hume Body Pod gives you an at-home view of your body composition so you can see how food, sleep, stress, and training affect your progress and make informed choices along the way.

CoreHRT partners with Thorne for high-quality, third-party-tested nutritional supplements made in the USA. CoreHRT patients receive 20% off all Thorne supplements.

CoreHRT partners with Rho Nutrition for supplements that are poorly absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract. Liposomal delivery encapsulates the active ingredient in tiny lipid-based carriers that help protect it through digestion and support absorption. CoreHRT patients receive 15% off their first order.
Track what matters from home. Rythm Health offers at-home lab panels, including hormone panels, that our patients use to monitor their progress. Rythm keeps adding new biomarkers, and their customer service is excellent, with affordable, accurate testing. CoreHRT patients receive 15% off every lab.

Founded by a USAF Pararescue veteran, CoreHRT understands the demands of service. Shift work, chronic sleep disruption, high stress, and injury can take a real toll on hormones, metabolism, and recovery. We provide hormone optimization and wellness care for veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS. Military veterans receive a free upgrade to our Premium plan, and we partner with agencies to offer group memberships.

From day one, our mission has been to partner with reputable companies that lead their fields in medications, supplements, and lab testing. We offer comprehensive functional medicine grounded in current evidence, with a focus on affordability. We believe you can have both.

We are your partner in health. We don't dictate; we listen, and we never rush appointments. Every patient is unique and has their own goals, and our job is to help you reach them. From your first appointment, we are here to help you succeed, and we hope to build a long-term partnership.

We are always looking for ways to give our patients more value. Recent additions include discounted supplements, genetic testing, and "sick call" telehealth visits for established patients, covering common issues like colds, flu, and UTIs. Have an idea? Let us know!

At CoreHRT, we know price matters. We offer both subscription plans and fee-for-service visits, and subscriptions offer the best value. Optimizing your health takes time and there is no quick fix, so we ask that you give us a year to help you move toward your goals. Hormone therapy and medical weight management are long-term commitments, and many patients continue them indefinitely. Payment is due in full before prescriptions are sent.

Josh Martin, DNP, FAWM, is the CEO and founder of Core Virtual Health and CoreHRT LLC, with more than 15 years of experience as a DNP. A former USAF Pararescueman and service-disabled veteran, Josh understands the physical toll of military and first-responder careers. Injuries such as traumatic brain injury, chronic sleep disruption, and sustained stress can all affect hormone health, and he brings that perspective to every patient he treats, veteran or civilian.
Richard Cardillo, MD, is the collaborating physician for CoreHRT LLC. He is a board-certified pulmonary and critical care physician and also sees patients under the Core Virtual Health banner at CorePULM/SLEEP, where he specializes in pulmonary and sleep medicine. Subscription plans offer the best value (see Pricing above). For fee-for-service care, the initial visit is $350 and lasts about 45 minutes. We recommend completing initial labs beforehand to streamline care and save on costs. During this visit we discuss your goals and decide together which therapies may be appropriate, and you leave with a plan and a prescription for any medications started. Follow-up visits to review labs and adjust medications are $300 and last 30 minutes. Follow-ups are required at 3 months and then every 6 months once you are stable. On fee-for-service, expect roughly $900 to $1,400 per year in visit fees. Labs and medications are separate and provided by third-party vendors. Most patients spend about $1,500 to $2,000 per year in total for visits, labs, and medications, depending on their medications.
Yes. We block open appointment times on specific days, generally early in the week. If you need a different day or time, including weekends, email info@corehrtllc.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Most patients book their initial visit through our online portal at a time that works for them. At the first visit, we review your main concerns and health history, including any conditions that may rule out certain medications. We then order labs and schedule a follow-up, usually about a week later. At the follow-up, we review your labs and discuss treatment options. If medications are prescribed, we teach you how to use them, including injections when needed. We see you again at 3 months with repeat labs. Once you are stable and no new medications are started, visits and lab monitoring move to every 6 months.
Hormone and wellness therapies we commonly prescribe include testosterone cypionate, estradiol, progesterone, DHEA, hCG, gonadorelin, sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione, glycine, B12, levothyroxine, sildenafil, and tadalafil.
For medical weight management, we prescribe FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, such as Wegovy (semaglutide) and Zepbound (tirzepatide), when clinically appropriate.
Some therapies are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies when clinically indicated. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. We also offer delivery forms that can be hard to find, such as troches, transdermal, sublingual, and nasal spray, so not every therapy requires needles. Every treatment requires a medical evaluation, and not every therapy is right for every patient.
Not at this time. All visits are cash pay, FSA/HSA eligible, and due before your appointment. Some patients use their insurance for covered prescriptions or labs. Because we are not enrolled with commercial carriers, patients handle those claims themselves.
After booking your initial appointment, please upload a recent progress note from your primary care provider (PCP), less than 6 months old, to the patient portal. It should show your vital signs, current medications, and any ongoing health conditions. Please do not send medical records through the website contact form.

Yes. We understand the cost of healthcare and will make every accommodation we can. See the recommended labs above. We can provide a lab order for a blood draw, or you can use an at-home testing service such as Rythm Health or SiPhox, which both offer men's and women's hormone panels. Additional labs may be needed depending on your therapy.
If you use one of our recommended labs, results usually come directly to you in about a week. Once you have them, book your follow-up online at a time that works for you, generally within a week or two.
Many of our patients use Rythm Health. We can also order labs through Quest, and we generally accept labs from your PCP if they are within 180 days and cover the conditions being treated. See the recommended labs above. You can upload results to our patient portal before your visit.
Yes. All patients must be 18 or older. Most of our patients are over 40.
Not at this time. CoreHRT currently sees patients located in Michigan only, and you must be in Michigan at the time of each telehealth visit. We serve patients statewide, from Detroit, Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Ann Arbor to Traverse City, Petoskey, and the Upper Peninsula.
Illustrative example only, not an actual patient. Steve is interested in starting HRT after hearing good things from friends. He books with CoreHRT and orders his labs through Rythm Health. At his visit, he learns that hCG may be a better fit for his goals than testosterone. At 3 months, his testosterone levels have improved and he feels better. Individual results vary.
Illustrative example only, not an actual patient. Holly has seen a lot of social media posts about HRT, especially estrogen therapy, and friends who tried online HRT visits report mixed results. She has recent labs from her PCP, so she books with CoreHRT. Like Steve, she learns there are options beyond a "patch and a pill" that fit her lifestyle. At 3 months, her symptoms have improved. Individual results vary.
